How to Order

Step 1

Browse our gallery by artist or if you are searching for a specific painting, use our search facility to quickly find the painting you are looking for. If you cannot find a painting or need some help with your search please contact us.

We are able to reproduce artwork from many other artists not included on our site so please get in touch if you would like to commission a painting not featured here.

Step 2

Choose the size of painting that you require by clicking in the circle next to the required size and then click on “Add to Cart”. You will then have the option of proceeding to the checkout to buy the painting or continuing to browse the site.

Please bear in mind when selecting the size of your painting that the painting will be produced in proportion to the original so if the painting is square you will need to choose a square painting size, etc. Because of the large number of different paintings on the site it has been difficult to incorporate all possible painting dimensions in the options that we have provided so please base your choice on the most logical fit with the photograph of the painting. Our artists will often recommend slight adjustments to a painting's size in order to keep it in proportion with the original and we may contact you to discuss this.  If you have any questions regarding painting dimensions please contact us.

You can use the shopping cart function to store paintings that you like in one place prior to making your final selection. Any paintings that you do not need can easily be removed from the cart at any time by checking the box next to the painting you no longer require and clicking the delete button.

Step 3

Once you click on “Checkout” you will be asked to provide your contact details. You will also be asked to set up a password which you can then use in conjunction with your e-mail address to login to the site in future.

On the next screen you will be asked to confirm your delivery address and have the option of providing a different address for delivery and any additional comments to go with your order.

The next screen provides you with your payment options. You can either click on “pay by cheque” or “pay by credit/debit card”. Please make cheques payable to “Netgane”.

If you choose to pay by credit/debit card you will be taken to a PayPal secure payment area to process the card transaction.

Step 4

Once we have received your order and payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the artist will begin work on your painting. We will then e-mail a photograph of the painting to see if you are happy with it. For the majority of paintings this should take 10 – 15 days. More complex paintings may take up to four weeks.

Step 5

If the painting meets with your approval we will despatch the painting to you or, we will make any necessary alterations. The painting will not be dispatched until it has met with your approval.

Step 6

The painting will be dispatched in a sturdy tube ready to be stretched and framed by your local framing company. The whole process should take approximately 4 weeks. More complex paintings may take up to 5-6 weeks.
